Climes partnered with The Sustainability Mafia to make their online TEDx event carbon neutral. We offered attendees the choice of purchasing a decarbonised ticket to carbon neutralise their attendance.

HOW WE DID IT
Calculated the carbon footprint of the event
With data and details from the event, we applied verified carbon accounting methods to calculate the carbon footprint. We then determined the individual carbon footprint of each attendee.
Enabled carbon neutralisation
Attendees could neutralise their emissions by purchasing a special, 'Climate Warrior 'decarbonised' Ticket'. Those who did collected 5 Climes which could be used to support a carbon project of their choice.
