Hard to say a definitive tipping point, but since shifting from mainstream finance, I have worked in moving capital to climate-adjacent sectors like water, agriculture, renewable energy etc. Made the full tilt starting 2020, working for a Climate Tech VC and running a climate newsletter on the side.
SOLVING FOR CLIMATE MEANS
Fixing an overlooked economic mistake. There is a cost to all inputs used to manufacture a product - a car or a laptop, for example. This includes raw materials, labour, technology costs etc., but not the cost of emissions from manufacturing the products.
SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES I'M PROUD OF
The little things: consume less, increase the useful life of things, home-cooked meals, and the likes. Trying to increase the list of small things.
